PCKeys General Policies
These policies are provided as a guideline for general reference only and may be
superseded by specific verbal or written agreements between you and
PCKeys. All training when scheduled should include a written
verification of terms and expectations including any modifications
to these policies. Each agreement between PCKeys and a client is
unique and therefore any variation from these policies with other
clients do not negate or supersede the policies applicable to you. If you have
specific questions regarding your training, please contact us and we'll be happy to clarify or provide those terms
for you.
On-Site Deskside and Private Classes
Materials

PCKeys will provide the instructor, class sign-in rosters,
courseware, exercise files and any supplemental materials. The
client will provide hardware, projector and software unless
otherwise arranged.
8PCKeys
will provide copies of all evaluations and the class sign-in sheet
after the training session is completed for the client’s records.
If the client's evaluation is used, copies or electronic versions
must be supplied to PCKeys within 10 days of training completion.

Final class registrations including student name, e-mail, phone and
job title must be received at least four business days prior to the
class date. Any additions may be accommodated but courseware
customization will not be guaranteed.
8Once
courseware is printed or ordered, it can not be returned, even if
the class is cancelled. In such a case the courseware will be
provided to the client after payment is received.
Cancellation Policy

PCKeys always honors our commitment to you. In doing so, we set
aside time and resources to provide your class. Because of this,
classes must be cancelled at least 72 hours
prior to the class date for any refund, less unreimbursable expenses
such as courseware.

Classes cancelled
less than 48 business hours prior to the class start
date will be charged in-full.

Classes cancelled
49-72 business hours prior to class date will be
charged 75% of the daily rate plus non-refundable expenses.

Classes cancelled
73-120 business hours will be
charged 50%
plus non-refundable
expenses.

Classes cancelled more than 120 hours or 5 business days prior
to class date will not be charged except for non-refundable
expenses.

If custom course development or modification has been done on
your behalf,
PCKeys retains the right to charge $65/hour
for the time and resources used to customize the course if the class is not actually held
regardless of whether customization fees were specifically
identified as part of the original scheduling. Often PCKeys will
provide customization as part of the overall pricing but when
classes are cancelled we must be able to recoup those fees
otherwise unrealized.

Please send a
cancellation e-mail as well as make a phone call so we
both have written verification of the cancellation date and
time. We'd like to talk to you regarding a cancellation so we
can perhaps reschedule or otherwise accommodate your need for a
change, but the e-mail is the formal method of cancellation that
is required.
Important Definitions

All hours are "business hours" defined
as a 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday. U.S. federal holidays are not
considered working hours.

"Class date" is defined as the start
time of the first scheduled day of training. Cancellation charge
is based on notification in relation to the class date only and
fees are charged regardless of how many days of training are to
occur. In other words, if you notify us 48 hours before the
start of a 5-day class, you will be charged 75% of all 5 days,
not 75% for the first 3 days and 50% for the last two.

Non-refundable expenses include printed or ordered courseware,
non-refundable travel such as airfare and any other fee or cost
incurred by PCKeys on behalf of the client. These expenses are
always reimbursable in full regardless of training occurrence.
Only instructor fees are discounted with proper cancellation
notification as indicated.
